Trick or Treating in Manning

Bring the kids to Manning on Sunday, Oct. 29th for Trick or Treating (3 – 6 pm). Look for homes with their front porch light on indicating that they are participating. Have fun and be safe! Also, enjoy a soup supper in the City Park 5-7 pm.
